1. Overview

This Refund & Event Policy outlines the terms governing ticket purchases, cancellations, refunds, postponements, and event-related conditions for events organized, promoted, or distributed by Cinehub Entertainment Inc. (“Cinehub,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you agree to this policy.


2. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Tickets are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless specified otherwise.
  • Additional service or processing fees charged by ticketing platforms may apply.

Tickets must be purchased through official Cinehub channels or authorized ticketing partners.


3. Refund Policy

A. General Rule

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except in the situations outlined below.


B. Event Cancellation

If an event or screening is cancelled by Cinehub:

  • A full refund of the ticket face value will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Service fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms may be subject to their policies.

Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.


C. Event Postponement / Rescheduling

If an event is postponed:

  • Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  • If you are unable to attend the new date, a refund request may be submitted within the announced refund window.

Refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of postponement.


D. Venue Changes

If a venue is changed within the same city:

  • Tickets remain valid.
  • Refunds will not be issued solely due to venue change unless otherwise stated.

4. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of personal plans
  • Late arrival or no-show
  • Dislike of film or performance
  • Technical issues outside Cinehub’s control (including third-party ticketing errors)
  • Removal from venue due to violation of venue rules

5. Duplicate or Lost Tickets

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be reissued unless verified through the original purchase record.
  • Cinehub reserves the right to deny entry in cases of duplicate or suspected fraudulent tickets.

6. Force Majeure

Cinehub shall not be liable for event cancellation or disruption due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Power failures
  • Venue-related technical failures

Refund decisions in such cases will be made at Cinehub’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.


7. Event Conduct & Entry Policy

Cinehub reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry to any individual for safety or compliance reasons
  • Remove attendees who violate venue or event policies
  • Enforce age restrictions where applicable

No refund will be issued if entry is denied due to violation of rules.


8. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms

If tickets are purchased via a third-party platform:

  • Refunds are subject to both this policy and the ticketing platform’s policies.
  • Processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider.

Cinehub is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors.
